Adham Aldairiah
Adam’s Tapas & Weinlounge
Bahnhofstraße 36a
21224 Rosengarten
Germany

Phone: 04105 – 58 05 05 2

No data protection officer has been appointed, as the legal requirements for this do not apply. For any questions about data protection, please contact us directly using the details above.

2. General information

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat it confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. This website can be used without providing any personal data. We only process personal data if you provide it to us yourself (e.g. via the enquiry form) or if it is technically necessary to provide the website.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” prefix and the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.

This website uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider:

ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Owner: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf
Germany

The data collected on this website is processed on the host’s servers in Germany. This may include IP addresses, access data (server log files) and data from the enquiry form. We use the host to provide our website securely, quickly and reliably (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with the host in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Further information can be found in the host’s privacy information: https://all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen/ (German).

Server log files

When you access this website, information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored in so-called server log files: the page accessed, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page) and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources and is used solely for the secure and stable operation of the website and for error analysis. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The host deletes the log files after seven days at the latest; they are kept longer only in individual cases, for example to investigate an attack on the IT systems.

4. Cookies and local storage in your browser

This website only uses technically necessary storage methods. Under Section 25(2) no. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG), no consent is required for these, which is why we do not show you a cookie banner.

No other cookies are set, in particular none from third parties or for advertising or analytics purposes. You can delete cookies and locally stored data at any time in your browser settings or prevent them from being stored; the website remains usable, but your language selection and dismissed notices will no longer be remembered.

5. Contacting us

Enquiry form (celebrations, catering)

If you send us an enquiry via the form on this website, the details you enter (name, e-mail address, telephone number, occasion, number of guests, message) are transmitted to us by e-mail. The data is not stored on the website or at the host and is not passed on to third parties. We use it exclusively to handle your enquiry and for follow-up questions. Providing the data is voluntary; however, we cannot answer your enquiry without a name and e-mail address.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract, e.g. a reservation or catering) or, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in answering your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the e-mails once your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. for invoices) apply.

E-mail and telephone

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process your details to deal with your request. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (reservations, orders, contract initiation) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering other enquiries). We only accept table reservations by telephone; for this we note the name, number of guests, time and, if applicable, a call-back number, and delete these details after the reservation date.

6. Google Maps (only with your consent)

We embed a Google Maps map to show directions. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is not loaded automatically: a connection to Google’s servers is only established when you click “Load map”. Your IP address and technical data about your browser are then transmitted to Google; Google may also set cookies and, if you are signed in to Google, associate your use with your account. We have no influence over this processing.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG), which you give by clicking “Load map”. The consent applies only to the current page view and is not stored; you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by simply not loading the map again. Data may be transferred to the USA. According to Google, Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists; in addition, Google bases transfers on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy and Google Maps terms of service.

7. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are served from our own server. No connection to Google or any other provider is established when the fonts are loaded.

8. Guest reviews

On the homepage we display selected reviews that guests have published publicly on Google, quoted with first name and abbreviated surname. We maintain these reviews editorially; no connection to Google is established when the website is loaded. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in presenting guest opinions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you are the author of a review and do not wish it to be displayed, a short message to us is sufficient and we will remove the quote immediately.

9. Social networks

Links to Instagram and Facebook

This website links to our profiles on Instagram and Facebook. These are plain links without embedded content or plugins: no data is transmitted to the networks when you visit our website. Only when you click a link do you leave our website, and the respective network then processes your data under its own responsibility.

Our profiles on Instagram and Facebook

We operate profiles on Instagram and Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you visit or interact with our profiles, Meta processes your data according to its own rules; Meta provides us with anonymised statistics (“Insights”) derived from this. We are jointly responsible with Meta for these statistics (Art. 26 GDPR); the agreement can be viewed at facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in public presentation and communication with guests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can assert your data subject rights both against us and against Meta. Meta’s privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy; Instagram: privacycenter.instagram.com/policy.

10. Recipients and disclosure

Your data is only passed on to third parties where this is necessary for the purposes stated (the host as processor; Google only when the map is loaded), where you have consented, or where we are legally obliged to do so. We do not sell data.

11. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial and tax law: 6 or 8 years for business correspondence and accounting records) require otherwise. The specific periods are stated for each processing activity.

12. Your rights

You have the following rights in relation to us:

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): where we process data on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.

To exercise your rights, an informal message to the contact details given in section 1 is sufficient.

Right to lodge a complaint: you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen (State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony), Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany, www.lfd.niedersachsen.de. You may also contact the supervisory authority of your place of residence.

13. Changes to this privacy policy

We update this privacy policy whenever the legal situation or our services change. The version published on this page applies in each case.
